T&C's Refund Fees, enrollment & refunds In an a event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or completed the course for any reason other than the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by Gloss Academy, no refunds or deposit of fees fully paid will be made. Students need to give 72 hours notice via email, no refund of deposit or fees will be made, but a possible transfer of date may be offered at the discreation of Gloss Academy Course Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your course attendance, you must advise glossacademy@hotmail.co.uk a minimum of 72 hours before the course start date and time. Any cancellations or changes without adequate notice will be charged at 40% of the scheduled course fee. No refund will be deemed appropriate upon completion of a course. |
